This is the sorceress Casallia in her floating tower, she ruled the world by fear for over 200 years. She drew her power from the very earth she stood on and controlled all living things in the earth or were born or hatched upon it's surface. Her dragons would lay waste to any village that uttered a word against her.
In time vast armies were raised against her but these became entangles in the very grass they stood upon and were devoured by her dragons.
In a great battle that destroyed nearly one quarter of the Earth she was defeated by the combine power of all the mages and was condemned to circle the great ocean for eternity for if she ever sets foot on land again she will be turned to dust!
